One of Victims of Gas Station Explosion in Terter Died
Baku / 03.12.18 / Turan: One of the victims of the explosion and fire at a gas station in the Terter region Alasgar Mammadli died of his burns at Baku Hospital Number 5 on December 3. Turan was reported in the burn ward of the said medical institution.
Another injured in the fire, Seymour Rzayev remains in the intensive care unit of the same hospital.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as a result of the explosion and fire at the gas station PAT Oil of the Garadaghly village in the Terter district five people were injured.
The Ministry of Health reported on the transportation of two of them most severely burned to Baku. ----- 06D-

It has been reported that the number of infant deaths in Azerbaijan is on the rise. While the official statistics for the previous year have yet to be disclosed, the number of infants who died before reaching one year of age reached 2,039 in 2023. This figure is 2.1 times higher compared to 2022. Among every 1,000 live births, 18.1 infants (or 1.8%) died before their first birthday.
