The newspaper "Azerbaijan" writes about the implementation of works on the project "Shahdeniz-2", calling this project historic. The author notes that Azerbaijan leads the construction of a 3,500 kilometer gas pipeline to Europe. Further, the author cites figures on the extraction and pumping of gas from the Shahdeniz field.

The newspaper "Echo" publishes an article on the activities of collectors, who takes debts from debtors of banks, leading them to suicide. In the country there are 5-6 organizations, in the names of which the word "collector" is present. The first such company in Azerbaijan was registered in 2005. It is necessary to create normal conditions for activities, the conclusion of normal employment contracts, and so on.

The average price for Azerbaijani oil in the first quarter was 54 dollars, and for the same period last year it was below 34 dollars. The economy of the country will help only the price above $70 per barrel.
