Official newspapers write about Ilham Aliyev’s meeting  with the Ambassador of the UAE in connection with completion of his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan,  and  publish the presidential decree on the allocation of 5 million manat  and awarding a group of workers, builders honorary titles and medals for the reconstruction of complex "Imamzade" in Ganja.

The newspaper comments on the new rules of the  Foreign Accreditation  for accrediting  representatives of foreign mass media in Azerbaijan.

Newspaper referring to the report of the Accounting Chamber, writes about serious embezzlement in the executive branch of Sumgait and Baku.

"Express" newspaper writes with reference to US analysts, that the compromise on the Karabakh issue have been exhausted, it is likely the outbreak of hostilities.
