Rallies and Pickets in Defense of Mehman Aliyev's Rights to be Held in Europe and USA
Baku / 26.08.17 / Turan: The Institute of Peace and Democracy (IPD) currently based in the Netherlands and the satellite independent television Turan TV (France) announced a decision to hold a wide celebration of the 60th anniversary of Turan News Agency's Director, Mehman Aliyev, who was arrested in Azerbaijan, on October 27, 2017
"It is planned to hold rallies and pickets in cities and capitals of European countries and the US with posters and slogans about the tyranny established in Azerbaijan and with the demand of Freedom for Mehman Aliyev!", IPD said.
A headquarters is being set up for holding rallies in Strasbourg in front of the Council of Europe, in Brussels in front of the European Parliament, in Washington D.C. in front of the White House, as well as in The Hague, Berlin, Rome, London and other capitals of the world. --0---
