Two men arrested in the case of a collision of a bus with a train
Baku/06.10.18/Turan: In connection with a heavy accident on October 1, when a bus and a train collided in Baku, two people were arrested. Thus, the driver of the bus route number 160 and the dispatcher of the company engaged in passenger-carriage are brought to criminal responsibility. According to the report of the Baku city prosecutor's office, on October 1, at about 2:30 pm, at the guarded railway crossing, a freight train collided with the Daewoo bus on route 160, which was run by Alihan Shiraliyev. As a result of the accident, Yusif Dadashzade, was born in 2006, and Shakir Aliyev was born in 1962, another 40 people received injuries of varying degrees.
In fact, a lawsuit was filed under a the Article 263.3 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, resulting in the death by negligence of two or more people).
Shiraliyev was charged with the quality of the accused under the specified article of the Criminal Code and was arrested. It was established that Shiraliyev left that day on the route without a physical examination. For this, the manager of the company "Ayşən LTD" Mubariz Farajev is brought to responsibility. He was charged under Article 265-1.3 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules for the operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more people) of the Criminal Code.
