Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and France discussed the situation in the region and Ukraine
Baku/17.03.22/Turan: Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and France - Jeyhun Bayramov and Jean-Yves Le Drian had a telephone conversation on March 17th.
The ministers discussed the current situation in the region, including the implementation of trilateral statements, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
During the talks, the ministers touched upon the five basic principles presented by Azerbaijan for the peaceful settlement of the conflict. Le Drian expressed France's support for efforts to normalize relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The parties also exchanged views on the situation around Ukraine.
During a telephone conversation, the ministers discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda and other issues of mutual interest.—06B-
