The Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov left for Budapest.
As stated in the press release of the ministry, the visit will take place on November 8-9 at the invitation of the Minister of National Development of Hungary Zsuzsanna Nemeth.
Earlier it was reported that there in May of this year, the Center of the data in the fields of science, technology, communication, and information security of the European Union (EU). The purpose of Abbasov is introduction to the activities of an effective structure amid reports of hacker attacks and listening on a global scale.
The visit will take place the next round of negotiations on the creation of such a center in Azerbaijan. In addition, it is planned to hold meetings with leaders of major ICT companies in Hungary. -17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
