Azerbaijan purchased attack helicopters from Turkey
Azerbaijan will purchase 60 attack helicopters, T-129 from Turkey, the newspaper Sabah reported. The cost of the deal is $ 3 billion.
The combat vehicles are produced by the Turkish company Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii (TAI). According to some reports, T-129 - is a joint Turkish-Italian project. This all-weather helicopter has a top speed of 300 km per hour and is armed with missiles "air-to-air", "air-land" and others. The terms of the order were not disclosed.
Earlier Azerbaijan ordered 24 helicopters MI-35 in Russia. Part of them has been delivered to Azerbaijan.
