Azerbaijani Border Service Denies Reports of Armenians about Attempted Sabotage
Baku / 06.03.20 / Turan: The Azerbaijani border service has denied reports of the Armenian side about an attempt to sabotage from Azerbaijan on the northern section of the border of the two countries.
According to the Armenian version, at 5:30 in the morning, Azerbaijani troops tried to approach one of the posts of the Armenian army, but were noticed and thrown back.
In turn, the Azerbaijani Border Service said that reports of an attempt to sabotage are fiction.
At the indicated time, the Armenian side began shelling Azerbaijani positions near the village of Jafarli, Gazakh region. The fire was opened from heavy machine guns and sniper rifles from the positions in the Ijevan region. The Azerbaijani side returned fire.
