Erdogan closed his speech with words of Mamed Emin Rasulzadeh
Baku/14.10.19/Turan: Addressing a meeting in Baku on Saturday, Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan called to abandon the double standard policy in the struggle against terrorism.
In Turkish leader"s words, the double standard policy and prejudice in the struggle against terrorism stood out sharply in Syria.
In his speech, Erdogan reproached the NATO and the CE for condemning actions of Turkey against terrorists.
Turkey will never refuse from steps directed to eradicating terrorism despite schemes of terrorists and their accomplices, Erdogan noted.
Note that the Turkish leader drew attention to position of some Arab states.
"Countries that expelled Syria from membership to the League of Arab States suddenly, straight after the beginning of "Source of peace" operation made up their mind to rehabilitate Damascus" membership to the LAS. "I wonder what is the real reason of this step?", Erdogan asked.
President emphasized that Ankara would not refuse from "Source of peace" operation in the regions of Syria, to the east from Euphrates River and carry it through to the logical conclusion.
Erdogan added that "allegations that "Source of peace" operation is aimed supposedly against ethnic Kurds will weaken struggle against ISIS terrorists, change ethic map of Syria and damage the political settlement in this country are none other than lie and nonsense. Our target is terrorists" said Turkish President.
He closed his speech with words of Mamed Emin Rasulzadeh, one of the founders of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (ADR: 1918-20): "Once hoisted flag will never go down".-06D--
