Is an employee of the presidential guard a racketeer?
The former Rector of the International University Elshad Abdullayev spread in social networks a new video in which an employee of the presidential guard named Saftar Kalantarov acts as an intermediary between him and the kidnappers of Rector’s brother.
The video recording recorded that Elshad Abdullayev paid 20 thousand dollars for Kalantarov’s people to take a video of his kidnapped brother Mahir Abdullayev. Then Kalantarov asked for more than 3,000 dollars, because the trip for the video would be more expensive than anticipated. Kalantarov also said that the stolen Mahir Abdullayev was kept in Chechnya.
So, the new video showed involvement in the abduction of another state entity of Azerbaijan. The State Guard Service has not commented on this video.
Elshad Abdullayev promises that this is not the last video exposure.
Recall that an MNS employee and the Rector’s brother Mahir Abdudllaev was kidnapped in October 2003 and has not yet been found. The Rector blames the kidnapping on the Ministries of Internal Affairs and National Security. -03D-
