Military prosecutor investigates the attack on Yasar Cafarli
The case of the attack on the chairman of the public association "Officers in Reserve" Yashar Cafarli is being considered in the Baku Military Prosecutor's Office, Turan was told by Cafarli himself.
According to him, the military Elkhan Huseynov, who is accused of this crime has given testimonies, and one of these days the scene will be inspected.
Cafarli said that two people attacked him, although Elkhan Huseynov claimed that h was alone.
Cafarli does not know of under what Article Huseynov is accused.
He also expressed dissatisfaction with the course of investigation, and because the Defense Ministry has not made a statement in connection with the fact that the offender is a military.
Yashar Cafarli was attacked on April 2 at about 22: 00 a.m. near his home. With the help of neighbors, he was able to detain one of the attackers. -05B04-
