Azerbaijan marks new anti-record of daily increase in infected COVID-19
Baku/27.05.20/Turan: 168 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in Azerbaijan, the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on Wednesday.
Two patients, born in 1949 and 1957, who died of coronavirus, died. 78 patients were cured and were discharged from medical facilities.
In total, 4568 cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded in Azerbaijan. Of these, 2897 were cured, 54 - died, 1617 - are being treated in special treatment facilities. The condition of 49 patients is assessed as severe, 63 - moderate, the rest - stable. In total, 280,663 test studies were performed to identify those infected with coronavirus, the operating center notes.
Note that the current growth rate of infected people is a daily anti-record in Azerbaijan. Earlier, the largest increase for the day was noted on May 16. Then 158 cases were revealed. -06D21--
