Head of Azerkhalchha OJSC, previously released from custody, passed away
Baku/05.11.21/Turan: Vidadi Muradov, former head of Azerkhalcha (Azerkover) LLC, being under investigation, passed away last night. This information was confirmed by the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.
A week ago, the Baku Court of Grave Crimes changed the preventive measure for Muradov due to his treatment from cancer, releasing him from custody and placing him under the police supervision.
It should be recalled that Muradov was arrested in January this year. He was charged under Article 179.4 (large scale embezzlement), 308.2 (abuse of power, resulting in serious consequences) and 313 (forgery) of the Criminal Code.- 06D-
