The family of the murdered journalist is not happy with the results of investigation, lawyer
Interests of the family of the murdered journalist Rasim Aliyev will represent a famous lawyer Asabali Mustafayev. Today the lawyer met with the prosecutor's office investigator on the case. In an interview with Turan the lawyer said the family of the journalist is dissatisfied with the progress of the investigation." The family of Aliyev first of all does not agree with the qualification of the criminal case as grievous bodily harm (Article 126.3). In this crime are signs of a murder.
If they wanted just to beat Rasim then one or two people would be enough. Let us assume that they did not know Rasim and thought that he was physically a big man. But when they saw him, they could understood that the attack of 5-6 people may lead to the death of Rasim. Therefore, there is reason to believe that these people consciously applied heavy blows. That is all the signs of an attempt on the life," said Mustafayev.
Rasim’s relatives do not agree with the charges against footballer Javid Huseynov - on misprision of a famous crime. There is good reason to believe that the player was the organizer of the crime. It was he who insisted on inviting Rasim to the "tea party." Furthermore, Javid was the most senior and respected in this circle.
Aliyev’s relatives are unhappy with the propaganda in the media about the alleged innocence of Javid Huseynov, no evidence against him, disinformation about the alleged consent of relatives of the journalist on reconciliation. Family of Aliyev demands an objective investigation of the actions of doctors because they did not provide relevant care. The lawyer had just started to work and soon will present fully his position.
