In recent years, relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary have been developing dynamically. Hungary, being interested in diversifying its energy sources, is a potentially new direction for the export of Azerbaijani gas. On November 26, the Baku Court of Appeals reviewed the appeal of human rights defender Anar Mammadli, who contested the extension of his detention.
