Bakcell Expects PMN to Be Run by Other Mobile Carriers
The first local mobile operator and provider of mobile Internet, Bakcell Company reports that the requests of subscribers of other operators who want to transfer your number to the network Bakcell can not be implemented due to the fact that other mobile operators have not begun providing services PMN.
To execute number portability, service must be supported by all mobile operators - the statement says the company.
Bakcell is pleased to be the first operator to launch the system portability of mobile numbers from 1 August 2013, that is, the date set by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
Currently Bakcell records requests for the transfer of numbers received from customers of other mobile operators. However, the process of PMN requires a willingness and cooperation of all the operators that are currently impossible. Therefore, subscribers wishing to join the network of the company, offered to pre-register. Immediately after the launch of PMN by all parties involved in the process, Bakcell subscribers will be contacted by e-mail or by phone, and provide the most advantageous tariff offer PMN.
Both individual and corporate customers can fill out the pre-registration, as well as get more information about PMN and how to transfer a number to the network Bakcell visiting one of the service centers Bakcell or online on a special page mnd.bakcell.com.
Bakcell is the first company to begin preparing for the introduction of PMN by the introduction of 10-digit dialing, using the prefix 055 before the number of on-net calls for early 2012.
In Bakcell they are confident that the launch of PMN will increase competition in the mobile market of Azerbaijan. - 17D--
