Bank BTB Posted 28.1 % Share of Latter Issue
The shares of Bank BTB for a total of 6.6 million manat were placed at Baku Stock Exchange.
Issue of 36.4 million ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all the shares were sold in two transactions (two investors). The underwriting services were provided by Unicapital.
By today they have placed 28.1 % (10.24 million manat) of the announced issue. According to the legislation, an issue is held in the case of placing a half of it.
The paid charter capital of the bank operating since 2010 thus reached 23.84 million manat. The main shareholder of the bank (75 % equity) is Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismayil Gyzy (according to unofficial estimates, the daughter-in-law of the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev) .
