BAKU/03.03.14/Turan : The February award of the Bureau of compulsory insurance (ISB) within the insurance of immovable property belonging to individuals , passenger insurance and liability insurance in the operation of real estate amounted to 1,330,030 manat.
Just last month concluded with customers 14,940 contracts for all three types of insurance - writes information portal structure.
Most of them ( 14,476 ) contracts concluded on compulsory insurance premiums in the property 1,293,510 manat. In addition, 455 contracts signed within the framework of compulsory insurance of civil liability in the operation of real estate at a premium of 35,640 manat, 9 - on compulsory insurance of passengers ( premium - 886 manats).
According to the law on compulsory insurance , the maximum amount of insurance coverage for the case occurring in Baku is 25 000 , Ganja , Sumgayit and Nakhchivan - 20 000 and in other areas - 15,000 manat .
Insurance rate for this type of insurance is 0.2 % of the sum insured .
License for the provision of compulsory insurance of real estate are 12 insurance companies , mandatory insurance of civil liability in the operation of real estate - 11 companies , insurance of passengers - one company . - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
