Depositors RoyalBank do not receive their due 1,362,000 manat
Payment of contributions due to the bankruptcy of RoyalBank stopped on July 23.
According to the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund(http://www.adif.az/?~/aze/news/full/1/143), an insured event (announcement of the bank a bankrupt) occurred on July 16 last year. The agents were Muganbank, Bank Respublika, and AGBank. Part of the sum (1,362,000s) agents has not been used, the agents have to pay it to the Fund.
As a result of the bankruptcy of RoyalBank, the Fund agreed to pay depositors 14.712.000 manat compensation (the maximum contribution rate of 30,000 manat at a maximum rate of 12% per annum.) Of these, 7,108,000 - in cash, 7,603,000 - the loan portfolio.
The Bank should pay the Fund ( by July 1) 3,690,000 manats of calculated monthly payments of $500 thousand manats.
