Diversification of the portfolio has increased premiums of Xalq Sigorta
Insurance Company Xalq Sigorta in January and December last year gathered a total of 12,583,470 AZN of premiums on all types of insurance, which equates to 11 in the list of the strongest local insurers.
Of these prizes 10,947,550 manats (87%) collected on voluntary. Incidentally, a year before, for this period they collected 8,969,300 manat of premiums and only 1.2% of them were mandatory.
There are several causes of the 3.5 million advance performance. The first reason is the entry in the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance, which provided only a half million on a new CTP (vehicle owner's responsibility to third parties).
Leadership was obsessed with cargo insurance, which brought a million into the treasury of the structure. Hull car insurance for the increase was a half-million manat. In addition, slightly eased up (minus 450,000) insurance of waterways, but almost 800 thousand was gathered on the responsibility of its owners.
As Turan was told in Xalq Sigorta, over the last year most of the premiums for voluntary health insurance (VHI) - 4,249,160 manat, or more than a third (38.8%) of the total amount of voluntary fees, which indicates the relative portfolio diversification.
Settled at the following locations: Hull car insurance - 2,090,040 manat, property insurance against fire and other risks - 1,432,730 manat, accident insurance - 710,270 manat, insurance, water transport - 253 370, and the responsibility of their owners (a new position ) - 795,050 manat.
General liability insurance brought the company 198 040 manats, cargo insurance - 1,212,990 manat, employer's liability insurance - 5,890 manat and so on. In general, voluntary insurance company brought 10,947,550 manats.
Compulsory insurance collected 1,635,920 manats (12.5 times more than last year), of which property insurance had 133,420 manat, liability insurance for property owners - 7,100 manat. Most of the premiums on the new CTP (1.49 mln) under the law on compulsory insurance, which came into force on 16 December 2011.
Payment of the company amounted to 2,233,210 manats, including 2.11 million on voluntary and 126,510 manats - for compulsory. In January-December 2011 was made a little more payments - 2,571,470 manats.
Voluntary health insurance benefit is in the first position with 1,200,640 manat, on the second line is Hull car insurance - 800,740 manat.
On compulsory insurance most payments - 107,640 manat payments occurred in cases of liability of owners of vehicles.
The company Xalq Sigorta has been operating in the insurance market since 2005.
Its subsidiaries operate in Ganja, Zagatala and Sumgayit.
April 29, 2010 the company received a perpetual license for insurance activity. On 13 December 2011 it became a member of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance.
The authorized capital of the company on May 18 last year was 26 million 382.3 thousand manats, which is the third leading mark in the local insurance market.
