The current insurance contracts of International Insurance Company (IIC) are transferred to Gunay Sigorta, the message of the IIC liquidation commission says.
Earlier it was already reported that IIC was liquidated on the basis of the decision of the meeting of shareholders of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, which is the sole shareholder of IIC.
The decision was made on October 12, 2016.
Gunay Sigorta was established in 1992. The company’s authorized capital is 5 million 400 thousand manat. -----71D
