New issue of Capital Bank shares to be placed today
Today Capital Bank will start placement of 3 million of shares with face value of 10 AZN, reported the Baku Stock Exchange.
The issue of shares is not included into the quoting list of the Exchange. The placement will be held by the method of mass supply.
Chelsea Capital LLC broker company is the underwriter of placement of shares. The shares should be placed with 365 days. However, it could be completed after the sale of the last share. With full placement of new shares, authorized capital of the bank will increase by 60% and reach 80 million AZN.
Capital Bank has 169 shareholders, including 168 physical persons. Pasha Holding LLC holds 99.81% or 4,990,706 shares.—0—

At today’s session of the Milli Majlis, Azerbaijan’s parliamentarians discussed and approved in the first reading a draft law increasing the minimum subsistence level for 2025.
