The insurance company AXA MBASK has made reshuffle. As stated in the press release of the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of 18 May, the former chairman Yavuz Olka was elected a member of the Board of Directors, while his first deputy Selcuk Adigozal became Chairman of the Board instead.
In addition, AXA MBASK, within the framework of corporate social responsibility, with the support of the Executive Power of the Guba region conducted an environmental campaign called Yashil Gelecek (Green Future). During the event the company's employees, together with insurance agents from the Shimal branch planted more than 50 pine trees in the residential area Devedabani.
The work was carried out under the agricultural expert guidance. The garden staff held professional instruction, during which they clearly demonstrated how to plant trees, given all the necessary equipment and provided water.
It should be noted that the main aim of the action was the development of ecological culture and education in the regions, as well as the formation of personal responsibility for the environment at the population.
In 2010 AXA MBASK began the process of implementation of international standards of AXA Group in the existing business processes of the company. Implementing the plan for the development of sales through a network of insurance agencies, in the short term throughout Azerbaijan they have opened about 80 points of sale of insurance policies oriented to work with individuals and legal entities, as well as with financial institutions of all types of insurance.
European quality of service, as well as the timeliness and completeness of payments was the fact that the company in a short term has been awarded eight international and national awards as the "Insurance Company of the Year." --17D-
