Will the perpetual license be awarded for activities of the company Alfa Sigorta?
The insurance company Alfa Sigorta prepared a request for an extension of the five-year license for the professional work. The license period ends Feb. 8.
Leadership is optimistic prospect, not least because the company is due to the level of capitalization and the presence of representatives of all economic regions is one of 12 members of the Bureau of compulsory insurance, with 28 companies in the country. However, the Bureau has taken away the same last year, the company has a license for mandatory liability insurance of vehicle owners to third parties, with the result that it was not counted at least 2 million manat premiums.
The most interesting is that the company since February 2008 (the time of the latest five-year license) had three board chairs, but in the register of State Insurance Control Ministry of Finance the name of Ibrahim Ibrahimov has not changed. Recall officials that the current nominal head of this structure is Elshad Aliyev.
Insurance company Alfa Sigorta has been in the local insurance market since 1997 and provides services for 25 types of insurance. In February 2008, it was given a perpetual license. Until 2005, the insurance company operated under the name LTD Murad.
The sole founder and major shareholder of the company is Bank Technique.
