A new hospital of European standards opened in Baku
Baku / 27.03.18 / Turan: The opening ceremony of the Bona Dea International Hospital in Nizami district of the capital was held in Baku on Tuesday with the participation of the head of state.
The official statement says that the executive director of the hospital Faig Aliyev and chief doctor Musa Abbasov informed the head of state about this medical institution.
It was noted that the medical equipment and technical equipment of the hospital are at the highest level and meet the most modern requirements.
At the same time, the message says nothing about the profile of the hospital, its personnel and funding.
Attempts by Turan correspondents to find answers to these questions in the Ministry of Health were futile. The press service of this department reported that this hospital is not part of the structure of the Ministry of Health.
According to unofficial data, the construction of the hospital was financed by the state company SOCAR, but it was not possible to find confirmation of this.
At the same time, according to materials in social networks, the construction of this state-of-the-art complex was carried out by UNICO, which built in Baku such buildings as the Heydar Aliyev Center, the SOFAZ SOFAZ building, JABC BP office in Port Baku, the Water Stadium, the Crystal Hall concert hall and a number of other important objects. The cost of the object is not reported.
In turn, according to the publications on the Facebook page of the hospital, its construction was started in 2014, and in winter 2017 it was already completed.
