Baku intends to block the initiative of Anna Hakobyan
Baku / 05.10.18 / Turan: The Azerbaijani authorities intend to appeal to the Russian Foreign Ministry with a request not to allow the visit of Russian women to Nagorno-Karabakh, stated the comment of Leyla Abdullayeva, the head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
This was an initiative of the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Anna Hakobyan. The main goal of the initiative "Women for Peace" is to prevent the deaths of soldiers and innocent people. However, the question arises: what are the soldiers of Armenia doing in the territory of Azerbaijan?
To prevent the deaths of these young people, Armenia should stop the occupation of the lands of Azerbaijan, and Armenian women should not send their children to the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, the commentary said.
The first lady of Armenia made a similar initiative during a recent trip to Moscow. After that, the Armenian Embassy and Diaspora leaders began searching for candidates for a similar visit to Karabakh. -02D-
