Head of Musavat Executive Apparatus Summoned to Police
Baku / 07.03.18 / Turan: On the morning of March 7, police officers came to the office of the Musavat Party and took the head of the party"s executive apparatus, Gulaga Aslanli.
Yesterday he was already interrogated in the 7th branch of the Binagadi police. The reason for the interrogations is not reported.
As sources in the party told Turan, over the past two days about 20 members of the party were summoned to the police.
The authorities are concerned that Musavat, the Popular Front and the National Council will hold a joint rally on March 10. Therefore, they try to intimidate activists in every possible way and prevent the holding of the protest action, the Musavat party says.
Recall that the rally on March 10 is supposed to take place under the slogans No to Robbery! and End Monarchy! -03B-

The Prosecutor's Office is investigating the deaths of two people during the recent floods in Baku, Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov said commenting on the consequences of the flooding of tunnels in the capital during the heavy rains on October 22 to journalists. According to him, the sewer system could not handle the large volume of floodwater, which led to the drowning of two people in a tunnel in the Sabunchu district of Baku.
