Ilham Aliyev on Prospects of Quarantine Regime
Baku /15.04.20 / Turan: The issue of further extension of the quarantine regime will be resolved next week. This was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting on April 14, dedicated to the socio-economic results of the first quarter of 2020.
“Next week, both the Operational Headquarters and other responsible structures should submit their proposals regarding what steps we should take after April 20.
Will the quarantine mode remain or not, and if so, in what form? When can we start mitigation? We must all know this for sure. I emphasize again, the main issue is the protection of the population from this disease, and the economy can be restored. We are now actively working and will work to get out of the situation with minimal losses,” Aliyev said. —06D—
