Baku/30.04.20/Turan: In respect of the former head of the Executive Power of Bilasuvar region, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen.
This decision was made on April 30 by the Sabail district court after the court examined the submission of the State Security Service.
The court arrested Guliyev for a period of 4 months. It is not reported on what charges he is convicted.
The State Security Service carried out a special operation in the Bilasuvar region, arresting Guliyev and a number of other local leaders.
Today, the decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was released on the dismissal of Guliyev from the post of head of the Executive Power of Bilasuvar region.—21D-
