At the same time, Dorokhin said that in connection with this publication there should not be "put into question the official position of Moscow that remains unchanged regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict."
Dorokhin stressed that the article reflects only the personal view of Dubnov, which "may not necessarily represent those of the Russian state news agency."
According to Zolotareva, Dorokhin also informed Mammadguliyev that the said material was removed from the site RIA Novosti, and the leadership of the agency "clarifies the circumstances of what happened."
Dorokhin and Mammadguliyev also shared the view that "joint efforts should be made to preserve the atmosphere of friendly Russian-Azerbaijani relations." -06D

The United States and the European Union, which tried to position themselves as mediators in the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, have come up with nothing and merely copied Russia's ideas, distorting their essence in order to "hijack" the peace process for themselves. However, their true goal was to take control of the region, to insert themselves into it, and to push out Russia, as well as Iran and Türkiye, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated at a briefing on November 13.
