ANAMA Discovers Arsenal in Gedabey
Baku / 14.08.17 / Turan: Specialists of the Azerbaijani National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) discovered a considerable number of shells and ammunition in the village of Soyudlu of the Gedabey region.
According to ANAMA, 895 pieces of ammunition of different caliber were found, including 18 F-1 hand grenades, six PG-7L and PG-7S anti-tank grenades, four trotyl bombs, 10 UZRGM explosives, and six anti-tank grenade capsules.
In general, since the beginning of the year, 6,763 unexploded ordnance have been found in various regions of the country, as well as 197 anti-tank mines and 31 antipersonnel mines.
