The judge Abid Abdinbekov motivated it by the fact that the protection can make a complaint during a month against the decision of the preliminary hearing the Court of Appeal on February 18, that rejected the defense motion. For this reason, the judge postponed today's meeting for March 16. Rauf Mirkadyrov was arrested in April 2014 on charges of treason. In December last year he was sentenced to six years imprisonment. The journalist denies the charges. His colleagues believe that Mirkadirov is persecuted on trumped-up charges. -06D-
