Police advised drivers arriving in Baku from the north to use alternative routes. They recommended entering through Sumgait on Novkhani-Binagadi road, proceeding through the bus station with access to the ring road of Badamdar village, and entering the center of the city through Hojagasan village and exit Salyan road.
