Police files a lawsuit on the into the seizure of the store
Bakı / 08.06.17 / Turan: The Ministry of Internal Affairs made a comment about today's seizure of a supermarket in the Binagadi district of the capital. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in fact, the Binagadi police filed a lawsuit under the Article 221.2.1 (hooliganism by a group of persons) and hooliganism with resistance to representatives of the authorities providing public order (Article 221.2.2). In connection with the incident, 13 people were detained, who were brought to the investigation. About 20 employees of the security agency "Riad" entered into hand-to-hand combat with the employees and security of Safastore store in Binagadi district of the capital. As a result, the latter were beaten. According to unofficial information, the conflict was caused by a monetary dispute between the former and current owner of the store. So, the former owner Azadkhan Khanmamedov sold the store for AZN 1.5 million some time ago, but he did not formalize the documents on this transaction.
