Precipitation will stop on Wednesday
Baku/29.01.19/Turan: Over the past day, the weather in Azerbaijan was unstable, rain and snow and in mountainous and foothill regions is observed, the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Environment said.
According to the ministry, the snow cover in Agder (Ordubad) was 32 cm, Shahdag - 8 cm, Kyryz - 5 cm, Khinalig - 4 cm, Sarybashe and Dashkesan - 2 cm.
The largest amount of precipitation fell in the Lankaran-Astara zone of 2-38 mm., The Central lowland zone - 2-14 mm., Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - 5-21 mm.
The strength of the western wind was 15-20 m / s, and at times up to 25 m / s.
Meanwhile, according to weather forecasters, on January 30 the weather in Baku and Absheron will be mostly without precipitation. However, fog and drizzle are expected in some places at night and in the morning. The air temperature at night will be +2 +4 degrees, and in the day time +7 + 9 degrees. No rains are expected in regions. However, on Wednesday evening in some eastern regions drizzling rain is possible.
The air temperature at night will be from 1- 4degrees in the afternoon - 6-11 degrees.
