On 11 February, a group of residents of the village Hanifa in Balakan region affected by the earthquake last year, gathered in front of the building of executive power, according to radio "Azadlig".
The villagers protested that until now they have not received compensation and their homes have not been repaired.
According to local authorities, the complainants were once again promised that their problems will be solved. In October 2012 earthquake in Balakan region affected approximately thousand homes. The government has allocated hundreds millions manat to restore them, but still hundreds of families live in tents, although the authorities have promised to repair and build new houses before the New Year. -02D-
