Article 342.1.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provided for a fine of 40 manat for conversation during driving, which could divert attention. This Article from the Code has been withdrawn.
The second paragraph of Article 345 was also eliminated. This Article provided for a fine of 250 manats for the repair of the damaged vehicle body without the permission of the relevant executive authority. The withdrawal of the above Articles from the Code is due to their impracticality and non-application in practice. -0-
