The head of the company accused of misappropriation - Prosecutor General's Office
Baku / 13.02.19 / Turan: The head of Shahsevən Kredit İttifaqı, Fayeddin Farmanov, was arrested on charges of embezzling and embezzling 200,000 manat, the General Prosecutor"s Office press service said. The investigation was initiated in connection with the appeal to the General Directorate for Combating Corruption from the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support under the Ministry of Economy about the illegal actions of officials of Shahsevən Kredit İttifaqı LLC.
During the investigative and operational activities, it was established that the Chairman of the board of LLC Fayeddin Farmanov deliberately entered false information into official documents, registered loans in the names of citizens without their consent for illegally acquiring material or other values for themselves or third parties.
In total, 200,000 manat were appropriated by the National Fund for Concessional Credit Resources. Farmanov was prosecuted under the Articles 179.3.2 (misappropriation or embezzlement on a large scale) and 313 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. He is arrested by a court decision. - 06D-
