According to his wife, he was released because his sentence ended. A month ago, on November 27, AfanSadigli, by decision of the Sabail Court, was arrested by administrative order for a period of one year.
He was charged underthe Article 535.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (willfully disobeying the lawful demands of a police officer or a military man). -0-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
