Bank BTB posted a 10% stake of the latest issue
The shares of Bank BTB for a total of 3.64 million manat posted on Wednesday at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Issue of 36.4 million ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Underwriting was provided by Unicapital.
On today placed 10% (3.64 million manat) of the announced issue. According to the legislation issue is held in the case of placing her half.
Paid charter capital, operating since 2010, "Bank BTB" thus reached 17.24 million manat. The main shareholder of the bank (75 % equity) is Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismayil gyzy (on unofficial estimates sister of the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev ) . Azerbaijan’s consumer price index (CPI) for the period of January to August increased by 1.3% compared to the same period in 2023, marking a period of moderate inflation in the country.
