The shares of Bank BTB for a total of 3.64 million manat posted on Wednesday at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Issue of 36.4 million ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Underwriting was provided by Unicapital.

Paid charter capital, operating since 2010, "Bank BTB" thus reached 17.24 million manat. The main shareholder of the bank (75 % equity) is Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismayil gyzy (on unofficial estimates sister of the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev ) . According to data released by the State Statistics Committee, the average nominal monthly salary reached 1,002.4 manats, as the country experiences both economic growth and sectoral shifts.
