Ganjabank posted just over a third of the announced issue of shares
Shares of Ganjabank for a total of 2 million manat posted on BSE last Friday.
Emission of 1.75 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 20 manats passed state registration in November 2012. According to the exchange, all the shares were sold in two transactions (two investors). Underwriting was provided by Unicapital.
By today they have placed 33.7% (11.8 million manat) of the announced issue. According to the legislation, an issue is held in the case of placing her half.
Paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, reached 26.8 million manat. The shareholders of Ganjabank are four individuals, one of whom owns 58.5% of the equity. - 15D -
