Invest-AZ , LLC has become a new member of BSE
Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has taken into its ranks member N12. It is a brokerage firm Invest-AZ, which recently acquired 4.76 % (300 shares) of the shares of the exchange.
Membership in the Exchange enables companies to actively use the stock exchange platform in operations on purchase and sale of government and corporate securities.
The company Invest-AZ is licensed by the State Committee on Securities broker-dealer activities . The company is registered in Azerbaijan in 2006 with a registered capital of 10 manats. The group Invest-AZ LLC is Investaz Asset Management (authorized capital - 125,000 manat ), which in August of this year won a license for asset management. - 08D-

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
