President�s Manager: We Did Not Order Sauna
Baku / 07.29.19 / Turan: "The information from the Turan news agency on July 24 about the construction of a sauna, a kindergarten and an office space in Baku by order of the Manager"s Office of the President of Azerbaijan is not true. On May 22 of this year, the construction of a two-story non-residential building was agreed upon with the state licensing authorities, which will house a reception room, a café, a laundry, a sports facility and other auxiliary facilities, the Office"s representative told Turan.
It was explained that in 2017 the Sosial Manzil Housing and Construction Cooperative was established, by order of which, at the end of this year, Continent Inshaat LLC will complete the construction of five residential buildings consisting of 1,528 apartments. "961 employees of the Presidential Administration, the Office of Affairs and the Special Medical Service of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan are members of the cooperative. They will purchase apartments at a cost of 360 manat / sq.m. The land plot with an area of 5 hectares for the construction of a residential complex in the Khatai district is reserved by the Metropolitan Executive Power for the Office of the President. The housing cooperative was established by three government agencies," the chairman of the housing cooperative Sosial Manzil Mammad Mammadov told Turan.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
