State Committee for Securities SCS puts into operation an electronic data publication system
From now on, all information on the issued securities offered by the mass proposals will be unveiled to the public through a common information base - the Internet www.disclosure.az. The site operates in Azerbaijani and English languages.
The State Committee put this database into operation for Securities in accordance with the law "On the Securities Market". It will expand the principles of corporate governance in Azerbaijani companies and increase their financial transparency, said the sector for relations with public authorities.
An electronic data disclosure system (SEOD) is a single information resource for the reception, storage and disclosure of information to make public securities issuers.
According to the rules, an issuer connects to SEOD by referring to the SSC, or receiving an electronic signature (www.asanimza.az). The issuer should registered in SEOD in the online-mode and upload the information to be published in the system. Placing this information and getting acquainted with I is free.
There are approximately 2,000 companies (JSCs and LLCs) in Azerbaijan that are issuers of shares or bonds, placed by mass. Those who avoid requirements are apply penalties in the amount of 200 to 6000 manats. 08B

At today’s session of the Milli Majlis, Azerbaijan’s parliamentarians discussed and approved in the first reading a draft law increasing the minimum subsistence level for 2025.
