The Level of Budget Control Not Satisfactory
Control of the budget is not satisfactory.
According to the MP Vahid Ahmadov SOFAR next year, presumably is to send 6.9 billion manat in implementation of public investment projects. But so far they have not developed a legislative act on the mechanism of social performance monitoring. Repeated requests to the Ministry of Finance have failed.
The MP is also dissatisfied with the mechanism of mortgage lending. Social projects involve benefits, but banks generally allocate a maximum of 30 thousand mantas, determine a prohibitively high initial fee, and take high interests from the population. In general, the empty apartments are in Baku, but there are no flats for 30 thousand in the capital, according to the deputy. - 17D-
