Zaminbank increases share capital by almost a third
Commercial Bank OJSC Zaminbank increases its share capital by 10 million or 32.5%.
According to BSE, the corresponding prospectus of 50 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 200 was registered in the State Committee for Securities. Ltd Texnika Capital Management will be the underwriter.
The authorized fund of Zaminbank is 30.722 million manat. Its shareholders are 21 individuals and five legal entities. The main shareholder of Zaminbank is Chairman of the Supervisory Board Nadir Ismayilov (98.54%). - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
