A 33-year-old Kutoyan is appointed head of the National Security Service of Armenia
Baku/12.02.16/Turan-ArmInfo: By the decree of the President of Armenia, a 33-year-old George Kutoyan has been appointed the head of the country's National Security Service. George Kutoyan was born on September 30, 1981 in Yerevan. He graduated from the law department of Rostov University, holds a master of laws. In 2007 he graduated from the Fletcher School of Law in the United States.
In 2005-2006 he worked in the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, then in the apparatus of the Defender of human rights in Armenia. In 2010-2011 he was engaged in private law activities. In 2011-2016 he worked as assistant to the president of Armenia. -02D-
