Court will consider a lawsuit of Rustam Ibrahimbayov against CEC
On August 30 the Baku Court of Appeal will consider the complaint of Rustam Ibrahimbayov against CEC, said the lawyer, Fuad Agayev.
The plaintiff asked the court to abolish the decision of the CEC on not registration of Ibrahimbayov as a candidate for presidency. The ground for the decision of the CEC is the Russian citizenship of Ibrahimbayov. However, the plaintiff believes that this issue can not be a reason for not registering him as a candidate. -16D-
