At the same time, Yerevan remains an interested party to the conflict. This thesis became the official position of the new Armenian authorities, whose representatives never tire of repeating it at all levels. In this connection, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, extended the comment. According to the mandate of the OSCE Minsk Conference of March 1992, the parties to the Karabakh conflict are Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the Armenian and Azerbaijani communities of Nagorno-Karabakh are the parties concerned, he said. -02D-
